The Administrative Board of the "Swiss Business Council- Lebanon" held a General Assembly on Saturday June 25^th 2011 at 12 o'clock sharp at Grand Hills Hotel - Broummana, the Profit and Loss statements of the Association for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010, and the 2011 budget were read and approved, the existing Administrative Board was released, and a new Administrative Board was elected as follows: Mr. Habib Hatem, President,

Mrs. Yasmine Berbir, Vice President, Me. Antoine Bou Fayad, Representative of the Association near the Government, Me. Georges Vicken Patanian, Secretary General, Mr. Berge Arabian, Treasurer, Mr. Maroun Rizkallah, Head of Public Relations, and Messrs. Jihad Tannir, Simon Tawileh, and Georges Khayat as initial members, and Messrs. Emile Tabet, Alexandre Ziadeh and Hani Houri as substitute members.
